Namaz Mein “Tashahhud” Mein Ungli Hilana?

Namaz mein Tashahhud (Qadah) mein ” اشہد ان لا اله الا اللہ” pe shahadat ki ungli se isharah karna Sunnat hai. Shuru se aakhir tak ungli ko harkat dena (hilate rehna) Sunnat Nahi.

Ab Hum Sahih Ahaadith wa Jumhoor muhaditheen wa Fuqaha , shariheen e hadith wa Aslaaf e Ummat ke Dalaail zikr karege ki unhone kin dalaail ki buniyaad par tashahhud mein ” اشہد ان لا اله الا اللہ” pe ungli se isharah karne ko sunnat likha hai.

TASHAHHUD MEIN UNGLI HILANA SUNNAT NAHI

HADITH – 1

Aamir bin Abdullah رضي الله تعالى عنه se marwi hai, Unhone Hazrat Abdullah bin Zubair رضي الله تعالى عنه se riwayat ki, unhone bayan kiya ki Huzoor ﷺ jab dua farmate (Tashahhud padhte) to ungli se ISHARA farmate aur ungli ko NAHI HILATE THE.

AQWAAL E SALAF SE “KALME E SHAHADAT PE UNGLI UTHANE KA SUBOOT

1. IMAM BAIHIQI ne tashahhud mein ungli uthane ke masnoon hone pe jo ahaadith zikr ki hai unka unwaan ye qayam kiya:
TARJAMA: Tashahhud mein Allah ki tauheed ki gawahi ( ” اشہد ان لا اله الا اللہ” ) ke waqt ungli se isharah kare.

Imam Baihiqi ne ‘Marifatul tonan al Athaar’ mein sarahat ke saath ye likha hai ki ” اشہد ان لا اله الا اللہ” pe ungli uthana chahiye.

Imam Baihiqi likhte hai :
TARJAMA: Shahadat ki ungli se dua karna hai yaani “اشہد ان لا اله” kehte waqt ungli se isharah karna hai.

2. IMAM TIRMIZI ne Hazrat Abu Hurraira رضي الله تعالى عنه ki hadith ko zikr karne ke baad ye tehreer farmaya ki Hadith ka matlab ye hai ki ” اشہد ان لا اله الا اللہ” pe ungli se isharah kare.

Imam Tirmizi ke alfaaz ye hai:
TARJAMA: Is hadith ka maana ye hai ki dua (tashahhud) mein jab aadmi ” اشہد ان لا اله الا اللہ” pe ungli se isharah kare to ek hi ungli se isharah kare.

“الشهادة ” yaani “اشہد ان لا اله الا اللہ ” ke waqt ungli se isharah kare, ye keh kar Imam Tirmizi ne wazeh farma diya ki Attahiyaat mein shuru se ungli nahi uthana hai balki ”  أشهدُ أنْ لا إلهَ ” pe uthana hai.

3. SHAREH SAHIH MUSLIM ALLAMA NAWAWI ne ye tehreer farmaya hai ki hamare ashaab (Shawafe) ke nazdeek ” الا اللہ” pe ungli uthana mustahab hai.
Chunanche Allama Nawawi ke alfaaz ye hai:

TARJAMA: ” Hamare Ashaab ne farmaya ki ” الا اللہ” pe ungli se isharah kare aur daahine haath ki shahadat ki ungli ke alaawah kisi aur ungli se isharah na kare.”

4. SHAREH BUKHARI ALLAMA IBNE HAJR ASQALANI farmate hai:

TARJAMA: Angusht e Shahadat ko Musabbah is liye kaha jata hai ki tasbeeh ke waqt us se isharah kiya jata hai aur Tashahhud mein “لا اله الا اللہ” kehte waqt usko harkat di jaati hai. Ye isharah hota hai Allah ki tauheed ki taraf.

ALLAMA IBNE HAJR ASQALANI ke qual se bhi zaahir hai ki “لا اله الا اللہ” pe ungli ko uthana chahiye na ki us se pehle.

5. SHAREH MISHKAAT AL MASAABIH ALLAMA ALI QARI ne ye tehreer farmaya hai:

TARJAMA: “Sababa ungli se isharah kare. Tibi (Maalki) ne kaha ki ” الا اللہ” kehne ke waqt ungli uthaye taki Tauheed ki gawahi pe qual ke mutabiq Fail bhi ho jaaye. Aur hamare (Ahnaaf) ke nazdeek “لا اله” pe ungli uthaye taaki ungli uthana Gairullah se uloohiyat ki nafi ki amalan mawafiq ho jaaye aur ” الا اللہ” pe rakhe taaki Allah ke liye uloohiyat ke isbaat ke mawafiq ho jaaye. Is tarah se qual o fail mein haqeeqatan mawafiqat ho jaayegi.

TASHAHHUD MEIN UNGLI NA HILANA CHAARO MAZAHIB KA MAUQIF

HANAFI MAZHAB:
Allama Ibne Abideen Shami tehreer farmate hai: TARJAMA: Al Muheet mein hai ki Tashahhud mein isharah karna Sunnat hai. Nafi ( لا اله) pe ungli uthaye aur isbaat (الا اللہ) pe neeche rakh de. Yahi Imam Abu Hanifa رضي الله تعالى عنه aur Imam Muhammad رضي الله تعالى عنه ka qual hai aur is par kaseer aasaar wa riwayaat maujood hai. Lihaza is par amal karna afzal hai.

MALIKI MADHAB:
“Ibne Alhaaj Maliki (Wafat 773 h) likhte hai: Namaz mein “لاالہ الالله محمد رسول اللہ” pe ungli se isharah karna hai.

HANBALI MAZHAB:
“Shaykh Alauddin al Mardawi Hanbali (wafat: 885 h) likhte hai: Isharah sirf ” اشہد ان لا اله الا اللہ” pe kiya jaayega. Yahi Mazhab e Imam Ahmed Bin Hanbal رضي الله تعالى عنه mein Sahih qual hai aur issi pe Al Kaafi, Al Mugni, Al Mazhab aur Mazbook al Zahab wagairah kutoob mein jazam hai.

SHAFIE MAZHAB:
“Allama Nawawi Shafie (Wafat 676 h) ne likha hai ki Ashaabe Shawafe ke nazdeek kalma e shahadat pe ungli uthana Sunnat hai. Ibtida (shuru) se inteha (aakhir) e tashahhud tak ungli ko uthaye rehna Sunnat nahi. Jisne bhi ye qual kiya hai uska qual Zaeef hai. Chunaanche woh farmate hai:
TARJAMA: Hamare Ashaab (Shawafe) ne kaha ki tamaam aqwaal wa wujooh ke aitebaar se Sunnat ye hai ki daahine haath ki ungli ko us waqt uthaye jab ” لا اله الا اللہ” ke hamzah pe pohche. Ahaadith e Saabiqa ki buniyaad par Imam Shafie ne isharah ke mustahab hone ki sarahat kar di hai. Hamare ashaab ne kaha hai ki sirf Ek baar isharah kare aur Raafaie ne ek qual naql kiya hai ki pure tashahhud mein ungli se isharah kiye rahe, ye baat kamzoor hai.

TASHAHHUD MEIN UNGLI HILANA SUNNAT NAHI – BAAZ ULEMA E AHLE HADEES WAHABI KE AQWAAL

1. IMAM UL WAHABIYA SHAYKH IBNE ABDUL WAHHAB NAJDI KE NAZDEEK TASHAHHUD MEIN UNGLI HILANA SUNNAT NAHI

Gair Muqallideen Ahle Hadees ke Shaykh ul Islam Shaykh Ibne Abdul Wahhab Najdi ke nazdeek bhi pure tashahhud mein ungli hilana sunnat nahi. Woh bhi yahi kehte hai ki Zikrullah (La- ilaaha ilallah) ke waqt ungli se ishaarah kiya jaaye aur ungli ko na hilaaya jaaye. Woh likhte hai:

“ZIKRULLAH (LA ILAAHA ILALLAH) KE WAQT SABABA UNGLI SE ISHAARA KARE AUR UNGLI KO NA HILAAYE KYUKI HAZRAT IBNE ZUBAIR رضي الله تعالى عنه KI HADITH SE YAHI SABIT HAI.”

2. Ahle Hadees ke mashoor Arab Aalim wa Mufti SHAIKH SWALEH UTHAYMEEN se sawaal kiya gaya ki kya tashahhud mein ungli barabar hilate rehna hai?

TO USKE JAWAAB MEIN UNHONE LIKHA:

” Tashahuud mein ungli ko hilane ke saboot mein koi Sahih hadith Nabi e Kareem ﷺ se Sabit Nahi.” [● FATAWA AL THALATHIYA, 1/18]

NOTE : Jawab mein Shaykh Uthaymeen ne ek jamat ka ye qual zikr karke us par kuch jira nahi ki aur Ek dusra jawaab jo unke Majmua Fatawa mein hai us mein Ibne Qayyim ke hawale se likh diya ki Hadith e Ibne Zubair رضي الله تعالى عنهmein ‘Na Hilane’ ke alfaaz ke Sahih hone mein kalaam hai.

Wahabiya ki is qism ki tazaad (contradictory) bayaani aam hai. Fatawa Uthaymeen mein jabaja iski misaale nazar aati hai.

3. SHAYKH BIN BAAZ se pucha gaya ki baaz log tashahhud mein ungli ko hilate hai aur baaz sirf Isharah karte hai. Dono mein se kaun si surat sahih hai? Iske jawab mein Shaykh bin Baaz ne likha:

TARJAMA: “Dono haalate Nabi e Kareem ﷺ ki Sahih Hadith se sabit hai. [• MAJMUA AL FATAWA BIN BAAZ, 11/185]

AGAR UNGLI NA HILANA BHI SAHIH AHAADITH SE SABIT HAI TO WAHABI GAIR MUQALLIDEEN UNGLI NA HILANE WALO KO MUKHALIF E SUNNAT KYU KEHTE HAI AUR APNI ZABAAN WA QALAM SE AIMAH E MAZAHIB E ARABA KE MUQALLIDEEN KA RADD KYU KARTE HAI?

SHAYKH BIN BAAZ KA YE KEHNA KI UNGLI HILANA SAHIH HADITH SE SABIT HAI GALAT HAI. ISKA JAWAB AAGE ZIKR KAREGE.

4. SHAYKH SWALEH FAWZAN se sawal kiya gaya ki baaz log tashahhud mein ungli ko hilate hai. Iska kya hukm hai? Unhone jawab diya:
“Dua ke waqt Allah ke zikr ke waqt Allah ki wahdaniyat ki taraf isharah karne ke liye ungli ko thodi harkat de aur HAMESHA (POORE TASHAHHUD MEIN) NA HILAYE.

¤WAHABI AHLE HADEES KI DALEEL WA AITERAAZ KE JAWABAAT

•WAHABI DALEEL/AITERAAZ NO. 1

Hazrat Ibne Umar رضي الله تعالى عنه se riwayat hai ki Nabi e Kareem ﷺ ne farmaya “Namaz mein ungli hilana Shaitaan ko khauf dilane ka zariya hai. Is hadith ko Imam Baihiqi ne apni kitab Sunan ul Kubra mein zikr kiya hai. Is hadith se sabit hota hai ki Tashahhud mein ungli ko hilana chahiye.

JAWAB:

Ye Hadith Zaeef wa Munkar hai.
Is hadith ki sanad mein ek raawi “Muhammad bin Umar al Waqedi” Siyar wa Magazi mein marjaa wa markaz hone ke bawajood Muhaditheen ke nazdeek riwayat e hadith mein sakht Majrooh hai.

“Al Waqidi” ke talluq se Muhaditheen ki aara’a mulahiza kare:

• IMAM AHMED BIN HANBAL ne famaya: Woh kazzab hai. Ahaadith mein ulat pher karta hai.
• IBNE MAEEN ne kaha : Woh siqah nahi aur kabhi kaha Uski hadith Nahi likhi jaayegi.
• BUKHARI AUR ABU HATIM ne kaha: Waqedi Matrook hai. Abu Hatim ne ye bhi kaha ki woh hadith ghadta tha.
• NASAI ne kaha: Waqedi Hadith ghadta tha.
• DAR QUTNI ne kaha: Waqedi mein Zauf hai.
• IMAM MUSLIM ne kaha: Waqedi Matrook ul Hadith hai.

Agarche baaz Naqideen e hadith ne Waqedi ko siqah bhi likha hai lekin jumhoor muhaditheen ke nazdeek hadith ke muamle mein Waqedi Na-Maqbool wa Matrook hai. Lihaza Waqedi ki riwayat se Ibne Umar رضي الله تعالى عنهki jo hadith upar guzri woh Na-Maqbool hai. Chunaanche Is hadith ke talluq se Muhaditheen ke aqwaal bhi mulaaheza kar le:

• IMAM BAIHIQI ne Sunan ul Kubra mein is hadith ko zikr karne ke baad likha:
“Is hadith ko tanha Muhammad bin Umar al Waqedi ne riwayat kiya hai aur woh Qawi Nahi.

• IMAM NAWAWI ne farmaya:
“Jo hadith Hazrat Ibne Umar رضي الله تعالى عنه se Nabi e Kareem ﷺ ke hawale se marwi hai ki ‘Namaz mein ungli ko hilana Shaitaan ko khauf zadah karne wala hai’ To woh hadith SAHIH NAHI. baihiqi ne kaha ki isko tanha Waqedi ne riwayat kiya hai aur Waqedi Zaeef hai. Hadith Ibne Umar رضي الله تعالى عنه “Waqedi” ki wajeh se sakht Zaeef wa Munkar hai. Jaisa Ki Muhaditheen wa Naqideen e Hadith ke aqwaal se maloom huwa. Ab hum is hadith ke talluq se Gair Muqallideen Ahle Hadees ke Imam SHAYKH NASEERUDDIN ALBANI ka qual pesh karte hai taaki Gair Muqallideen Ahle Hadees ke liye kuch kehne ki gunjaish na reh jaaye.

• SHAYKH ALBANI NE LIKHA: “Ye hadith Bohot Zaeef hai. [• AL JAME AL SAGEER WA ZIYADATOHU MA TALIQAAT AL ALBANI, 1/6151]

EK MAQAAM PAR MAZEED YE LIKHA: “lekin Kathir se riwayat karne wala raawi Muhammad bin Umar Waqedi Matrook hai. [• SILSILA AHAADITH AL ZAEEFA, 12/139]

•WAHABI DALEEL/AITERAAZ NO. 2:

Hazrat Wail ibne Hujr رضي الله تعالى عنهki hadith se sabit hota hai ki Rasulallah Tashahhud mein ungli ko hilate the.

HADITH:
Hume khabar di Suwaid bin Nadhr ne, unhone kaha: Hume khabar di Abdullah bin Mubarak ne Zaidah se, Unhone kaha hum se hadith bayan ki Aasim bin Kulaib ne, Unhone kaha mujh se hadith bayan ki mere walid ne ki Hazrat Wail ibne Hujr رضي الله تعالى عنهne farmaya ki maine kaha ki Mein zaroor Rasulallah ﷺ ki Namaz ko dekhuga ki Aap kaise Namaz padhte hai. Maine dekha, Phir Hazrat Wail ne Namaz ki kaifiyat bayan ki aur farmaya: “Phir Aap ﷺ ne qadah kiya to Baaye qadam ko bichaya aur baaye hatheli ko baayi raan aur ghutno pe rakha aur daahini kalaayi ka kinara daahini raan pe rakha. Phir do ungliyo ko mod kar halqah banaya. Phir ungli ko uthaya to maine dekha Aap ﷺ usse hilate aur Dua farmate the.”

JAWAB:
Hazrat Wail Ibne Hujr رضي الله تعالى عنهki riwayat mein “Ungli hilane” ki baat SHAAZ WA NA-MAQBOOL hai.

Iski wajeh ye hai ki Hadith e Wail Ibne Hujr رضي الله تعالى عنه “Aasim ibne Kulaib” se unke 12 talamiza ne riwayat kiya hai.
Hadith e Wail رضي الله تعالى عنهko riwayat karne wale Kulaib ke 12 shagirdo mein se sirf 1 shagird “Zaidah bin Qudamah” ki riwayat mein ” يحرکھا” (Ungli ko harkat dete) ke alfaaz mazkoor hai. Baaqi 11 shagirdo ki riwayat mein sirf Ungli se isharah karne ka zikr hai. Ungli ko hilane ka zikr nahi. Lihaza ungli hilane ki baat “Aasim ibne Kulaib” ke hawale se “Zaidah bin Qudamah” ka tafarrud hai jisse Muhaditheen ki istilaah mein SHAAZ kaha jata hai aur Shaaz riwayat Sahih riwayat ke muqable mein Na-Maqbool hoti hai.

•Yahi wajeh hai ki Imam Bagwi Shafie ne Hadith Wail Ibne Hujr رضي الله تعالى عنهko Zikr karne ke baad ye likha:
“Aksar Ahle Ilm Sahaba wa Tabaeen wa Tabe Tabaeen ka pasandidah mazhab yahi hai ki “لا اله الا اللہ” kehte waqt daahine haath ki Musabbah (shahadat ki ungli) se isharah kare. Aur ” الا اللہ” kehte waqt isharah kare.” [• SHARAHUS SUNNAH, 3/178]

• Ibne Khuzaima ne is hadith par Apna remark yu pesh kiya:
“is hadith ke siwa kisi hadith mein ungli hilane ka zikr nahi. Isko sirf “Zaidah” ne (Aasim ibne Kulaib se) riwayat kiya hai. [• SAHIH IBNE KHUZAIMA, 1/354, BAAB: SIFAT WAZA AL YADAIN]

•WAHABI DALEEL/AITERAAZ NO. 3:

Tashahhud me ungli uthane ka sahih tarika ye hai ki Jab Tashahud ke liye baitha jaye toh usi waqt ungli utha li jaye aur tab tak na niche ki jaye jab tak ham salam na Phere.

HADITH:
Ali bin Abdir Rehman Muaawi رضي الله تعالى عنه ne kaha ki mujhe Hazrat Abdullah ibne Umar رضي الله تعالى عنه ne Namaz mein kankariyo se khelte huwe dekha to mujhe namaz se farig hone ke baad usse mana kiya aur farmaya: “Waisa karo jaise Rasulallah ﷺ karte the. Maine kaha Rasulallah ﷺ kaisa karte the? Unhone kaha jab Aap ﷺ namaz mein Qadah karte the to daahini HATHELI ko daaye raan par rakhte aur tamaam ungliyo ko mood ko anguthe ke paas wali ungli (shahadat wali ungli) se isharah karte the. Aur baayi hatheli ko baayi raan lar rakhte the.”

JAWAB:

Sahih Muslim ki is hadith se qata’an ye sabit nahi hota ki Tashahhud mein Shuru se le kar aakhir tak ungli ko uthaye rakhe.

Tashahhud mein ” اشہد ان لا اله الا اللہ” pe ungli uthana jumhoor ummat ke nazdeek mustahab hai. Atahiyaat ki ibtida mein uthana NAHI. Lekin wahabi Ahle Hadees is fiqhi furooe masle mein jumhoor ummat se alag raai rakhte huwe ye kehte hai ki atihiyaat shuru karte hi ungli ko uthana aur akheer tak uthaye rakhna sunnat hai. Is par unka zulm ye hai ki Jumhoor Muhaditheen wa Fuqaha e Ummat ke tareeqe par chalne walo ko hi mukhalifat e sunnat thehrate hai.

HADITH ABDULLAH IBNE UMAR رضي الله تعالى عنه SE ” اشہد ان لا اله الا اللہ” pe ungli se isharah karne ke SUNNAT hone par istidlaal ki wajeh ye hai ki us mein “وضع كفه اليمنى على فخذه اليمنى(wa dha’a kaf’fahu Yumna alaa fakhizihi yumna) ” ke alfaaz mazkoor hai. Yaani Rasulallah ﷺ jab qadah mein baithte the to apni dahini HATHELI ko apni dahini raan par rakhte the aur baayi HATHELI ko baayi raan par rakhte the. Is se zaahir hota hai ki shuru se ungli nahi uthate the. Kyuki shuru hi se tamaam ungliyo ko mod kar shahadat wali ungli ko uthaye rakhne se “وضع كفه اليمنى” (daahini HATHELI ko daahini raan pe rakhna) matsoor na hoga balki aisi surat mein daahine haath ke Qubza (mutthi) ko daahini raan pe rakhna hoga aur Qubza (mutthi ) ko raan pe rakhns sunnat nahi balki “KAFF” (Hatheli) ko rakhna SUNNAT HAI. Aur baaz ahaadith mein “Kaff” ko “Yad” se bhi tabeer kiya gaya hai.

Chunaanche Muslim Sharif ki is hadith ko zikr karne ke baad MUHAQIQ IBNE HAMMAM ne ye likha hai ki:

“Hadith mein HATHELI ko raan pe rakhne ka zikr hai aur ungliyo ko modne ka bhi zikr hai. Zaahir hai ki ungliyo ko mod kar hatheli ko raan par rakha nahi ja sakta balki ye mutthi (qubza) ko raan pe rakhna hoga. Is se sabit hota hai ki Huzoor ﷺ Atahiyaat mein baithte to hatheli ko khol kar raan pe rakhte aur baad mein (shahadat ke waqt) ungliyo ko mod kar shahadat ki ungli se isharah farmate the.

Hazrat Ibne Umar رضي الله تعالى عنه ki hadith e mazkoor 50 se zaaid turuq se kutoob e ahaadith mein mazkoor hai. Sab mein “وضع(rakha)” ka lafz hai. Is se jumhoor ne yahi muraad liya hai ki Atahiyaat mein baithe to dono hatheliyo ko raan pe rakhe aur ” اشہد ان لا اله الا اللہ” pe ungli se isharah kare.
