HAZRAT MUAWIYA PAR AITERAAZ KA JAWAB

HAZRAT ABU BAKR رضي الله تعالى عنه KE BETE HAZRAT MUHAMMAD BIN ABU BAKR رضي الله تعالى عنه KO MUAWIYA NE SHAHEED KARWAYA!

JAWAB:

Hum is sawaal ka jawab tafseel se dege. Jawab ko mukammal padhe.

Hazrat Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه ke Bete Hazrat Muhammad رضي الله تعالى عنه ki shahadat kaise huwe ye poora waaqia  hum aap ke saamne rakhege. Tareekh (History) ke in waqiyaat ko samajhne ki koshish kare ki Sahaba ke darmiyaan jo junge huwi hai unka pasemanzar aur uski haqeeqat kya hai.

Raafzi aur Aaj kal ke Naam nihaad Sunni jo khud ko Maulayi ke unwaan se mutaarif karwate hai woh Hazrat Muawiya رضي الله تعالى عنه  ko bura bhala aur kafir wagairah sabit karne ke liye maazAllah ye aiteraaz karte hai ke :

Muawiya bin Abu Sufyaan ke governor Amr bin Aas ne Hazrat Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه ke sahabzaade Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه ko badi bedardi ke saath qatl kiya tha. Woh khauf se ek murdah ghadhe ke dhache mein chup gaye the lekin unko ussi haalat mein aag laga kar jala diya gaya tha. Kya tum Ahle Sunnat ke nazdeek ye bhi Khata e Ijtihaadi thi? Is par tum log Muawiya aur Amr bin Aas ko kitna sawaab doge?

AB IS AITERAAZ KA JAWAAB SUNIYE:

Ahle Sunnat wa Jamat ke aqeede ke mutabiq kisi Musalmaan ko nahaq qatl karne wala Musalmaan gunahgaar hai Kafir nahi.

Sahaba e Kiraam ke darmiyaan hone wali jungo mein qatl hone wale aur qatl karne wale sahaba e kiraam Allah Ta’ala ki janib se magfoor wa jannati hai. Kyuki bagair istisnah ke tamaam sahaba ke magfoor hone ka zikr Nas e Quraani mein maujood hai.

Agar Ijtehaadi khata ki bina par kisi Sahabi ne dusre sahabi ko qatl kiya hai maslan qatl karne wale sahabi ne kisi sahabi ko wajib ul qatl jurm ka murtakib samajh kar qatl kar diya haanlaaki haqeeqat mein moajab e qatl jurm nahi tha to agarche haqeeqatan ye bhi qatl e na-haq hai. Aur qatl karne wale sahabi ka Ameer ul Muslimeen ko sharaie faisla karne ka ikhtiyaar hai. Lekin kisi gair sahabi ko shar’an ye haq hasil nahi ke us sahabi ko sabo shitam kare, use jahannami kahe.

Khata e Ijtehaadi par ek Ajr milne ka zikr Huzoor ﷺ  ki hadith mein maujood hai. Khata e Ijtehaadi par ek Ajr milne ka matlab Husn e Niyat par ek ajr milna hai. Jin Sahaba e Kiraam ne Aapasi Jungo mein ek dusre ko Qatl kiya hai un mein har giroh apne aap ko haq par tasawwur karta tha. Aur ab-taal e batil har ek ka maqsad tha. Lihaza is husn e niyat (Ehqaaq e Haq ki niyat) ka unhe ek ajr zaroor milega. Aur Ahle Haq ko daura ajr milega. Sahaba e Kiraam baargah e Rasool  ke tarbiyat yaafta the. Is liye unke talluq se Husn e Zan rakhna wajib hai. Unhone mehez zaati mukhasimat ki bina par kisi Musalmaan bhai ko qatl nahi kiya hai. Yahi surat Hazrat Muhammad bin Abu Bakr ke رضي الله تعالى عنه ke qatl ki thi.

Hazrat Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه ke qatl ka sabab ye tha ki Hazrat Usman e Gani  رضي الله تعالى عنه ke khoon ka badla chahne wale sahaba e kiraam Hazrat Muhammad bin Abu Bakr  رضي الله تعالى عنه ko qatileen e Usman mein shamil maante the. Sahabi e Rasool Hazrat Muawiya bin Hudaij رضي الله تعالى عنه ne Hazrat Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه ko Hazrat Usman رضي الله تعالى عنه ka qatil samajh kar jung mein unhe qatl kiya tha.

Ye ek tareekhi haqeeqat hai ke Hazrat Usman e Gani رضي الله تعالى عنه ko Sabayi Balwaaiyo ne unke ghar ke andar ghus kar be-dardi ke saath qatl kiya tha. Baaz riwayato mein qaatileen e Usman mein Hazrat Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه ka naam bhi aaya hai ke who bhi qatileen e Usman mein se the. Is mein riwayato ka ikhtilaaf hai lekin aksar riwayaat mein ye aaya hai ke Hazrat Usman رضي الله تعالى عنه  ke ghar mein Sabayi Balwaaiyo ke saath Hazrat Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه bhi daakhil huwe the. Baaz morikheen ne likha hai ke who bhi qatl e Usman mein shareek the. Aur baaz ne ye likha hai ke Hazrat Usman e Gani رضي الله تعالى عنه ne Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه ko bhi Balwaaiyo ke saath dekha to ye farmaya:

TARJAMA: “ Agar tumhare baap (Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه) tumhe dekhte to is maqam par tumhare aane ko pasand na karte.”

Kaha jaata hai ke ye sun kar Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه wapis chale gaye the. Aur baaz ne kaha hai ke khud to nikal aaye the lekin apne saathiyo ko qatl ka ishara kar diya tha. (AL ISTIYAAB FI MAARIFATUL ASHAAB LI IBN ABDUL BARR: 3/1367)

Imam Zahbi ne Muhammad bin Abu Bakr Siddique رضي الله تعالى عنه ki Sirat mein ye likha hai :

TARJAMA: Phir Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه Hazrat Usman رضي الله تعالى عنه ke muhaasra ke liye chale aur Amr e azeem ke murtakib huwe. Woh Usman e Gani رضي الله تعالى عنه par hamla karne walo mein ek the. Yaha tak ke Hazrat Usman رضي الله تعالى عنه Shaheed kar diye gaye. Phir Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه Hazrat Maula Ali رضي الله تعالى عنه ke paas chale gaye aur unke humrah (Vazara) mein shamil huwe. Hazrat Maula Ali رضي الله تعالى عنه ne unko 37 Hijri mein Misr ka Ameer banaya. Ussi saal Ramzan mein unke aur Hazrat Muawiya رضي الله تعالى عنه ke Lashkar mein muqabla huwa. Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه ke Lashkar ko shikast huwi aur woh ek Misri aurat ke ghar mein chup gaye. Misri aurat ne pata bata diya to unhone kaha mujhe Abu Bakr ke waste se bacha lo. Muawiya bin Hudaij رضي الله تعالى عنه ne kaha: “Tune Shaheed Usman ke khoon ka badla chahne wale meri qaum ke 80 afraad ko qatl kiya hai. Aur Mein tujhe chhod du jab ki tu qatil e Usman bhi hai.” Phir Muawiya bin Hudaij ne unko qatl karke ek murda ghade ke dhache ke andar daakhil karke aag laga di. Amr bin Dinaar ka qual hai ke Muhammad bin Abu Bakr ko qaid karke Amr bin Aas ke paas laaya gaya to unhone khoon e Usman ke badle mein unhe qatl kar diya. (Siyaro Aalam an Nubla: 3/ 482)

Zarkali ne ye likha hai ke Muawiya bin Hudaij رضي الله تعالى عنه ne Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه ko is liye qatl kiya tha ke woh Qatl e Usman e Gani رضي الله تعالى عنه mein shareeq the. Unhone ye bhi likha hai ke baaz riwayato mein hai ke unhone laash ko jalaya nahi tha balki unke jasd e khaakhi ko Masjid e Zamaam jo sheher Fastaat ke bahar thi mein dafan kiya tha. Ibne Saeed ne kaha hai ke : “ Maine Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه ki Qabr ki ziyarat maqam e Fastaat mein ki hai”.

Tareekhi riwayaat ki bina par agar Muawiya bin Hudaij ya Amr bin Aaas ya Ameer Muawiya ko Hazrat Muhammad bin Abu Bakr ke qatl ka zimmedar thehra kar Rawafiz unhe laan taan karte the to un tareekhi riwayaat ke baare mein woh kya kahege jinke mutabiq Hazrat Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضي الله تعالى عنه par Hazrat Usman e Gani رضي الله تعالى عنه ke qatl ka ilzaam tha aur yahi nahi balki Muawiya bin Hudaij , Muhammad bin Abu Bakr ko khoon e Usman ka badla chahne wale 80 afraad ke qatl ka zimmedar samajhte the.

Tareekhi riwayaat mein bohot zyada ikhtilaaf aur tazaad hai. Lihaza ummat e aqeede ki salamati ka wahi raasta hai jo Aslaaf e Ahle Sunnat ka hai. Woh ye hai ki aise waqiyaat ke baare mein zabaan ko band rakha jaaye aur Sahaba e Kiraam ki izzat wa ehteraam ko malhooz rakhe huwe unke nazayi maamlaat aur na-pasandida waqiyaat ko mauzu e behes bana kar umaat e Muslima ko inteshaar wa ifteraaq mein mubtila na kiya jaaye. Allah Ta’ala tamaam Musalmaano ko khair o salah ki taufeeq ataa farmaye. Aameen
