AUR MUMKIN HAI KI IS MUMANIYAT SE MURAAD YE HO KI JIS JAGAH YE NAMAZ PADH RAHA HAI WAHA KOI DUSRI NAMAZ BHI PADHE. IS TARAH WOH USSE NAWAFIL KE SAATH MILANE WALA HOGA. PAS IS BUNIYAD PAR MUMANIYAT HOGI. IS BAAT SE NAHI KI MASJID KE AAKHIR MEIN PADH KAR WOH US JAGAH SE HATT JAAYE AUR SAFFO MEIN MIL KAR FARZ NAMAZ MEIN DAKHIL HO JAAYE.

PEHLE GIROH KE ISTIDLAAL MEIN YE BHI HAI KI :

● HADITH:

Hazrat Malik bin Juhaina رضي الله تعالى عنه  farmate hai: Subah ki namaz qayam huwi to Nabi e Kareem ﷺ  ek aise shahks ke paas aaye jo Subah ki 2 rakate (sunnate) padh raha tha. Aap ﷺ waha khade rahe. Log bhi waha jama ho gaye. Aap ﷺ ne teen baar farmaya: Kya tum ise 4 rakate padhte ho.

DUSRA GIROH PEHLE GIROH KO JAWABAN KEHTA HAI KI MUMKIN HAI RASULALLAH ﷺ  NE YE BAAT IS LIYE NAPASAND FARMAYI HO KI US SHAKS NE 2 RAKATE PADH KAR UNHE SUBAH KI NAMAZ KE SAATH MILA DIYA. NA TO WOH AAGE BADHA AUR NA KOI KALAAM KIYA. AGAR IS BUNIYAD PAR AAP ﷺ NE USSE TAMBEEH FARMAYI TO IS HADITH PAR DONO FAREEQ (GIROH) JAMA HO SAKTE HAI. TO HUMNE IRADAH KIYA KI DEKHE KYA IS PAR DALAALAT KARNE WALI KOI BAAT MARWI HAI. (TO DEKHA).

● HADITH:

Hazrat Muhammad bin Abdur Rehman رضي الله تعالى عنه  farmate hai Rasulallah ﷺ  Hazrat Abdullah bin Malik ibne Juhaina رضي الله تعالى عنه  ke paas se guzre. Woh subah ki iqaamat se pehle ussi jagah namaz padh rahe the. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: Is namaz ko Zohar (ke farzo) se pehle aur baad ki namaz (sunnato) ki tarah na banaao. In dono ke darmiyaan tafreeq karo.

● HADITH:

Hazrat Abu Hurraira رضي الله تعالى عنه  Huzoor Nabi e Kareem ﷺ se riwayat karte hai Aap ﷺ  ne farmaya:”Farz Namaz ko uske misl Nafl Namaz ke saath hi ek hi jagah par na milaao.”

PEHLE GIROH NE HAZRAT RABI’E رضي الله تعالى عنه  MUAZZIN KI RIWAYAT SE BHI APNE MAUQIF PAR ISTIDLAAL KIYA,

Hazrat Aasim رضي الله تعالى عنه  se riwayat hai ki Hazrat Abdullah bin Sarjas رضي الله تعالى عنه  ne farmaya: Ek aadmi aaya aur Nabi e Kareem ﷺ  Namaz e Fajr padha rahe the. Usne 2 rakate padhi. Phir Nabi e Kareem ﷺ  ke saath namaz mein shamil ho gaya. Farig hone par Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: Aye fulan! In dono mein se tumhari namaz kaun si hai? Jo tanha padhi ya hamare saath padhi?

WOH (Pehle giroh {Qual} wale) KEHTE HAI IS HADITH MEIN HAI KI US NE LOGO KE PEECHE KHADE HO KAR NAMAZ PADHI AUR HUZOOR ﷺ  NE USSE MANA FARMA DIYA.

DUSRE QUAL (GIROH) WALE UNKO JAWAB DETE HAI KI LOGO KE PEECHE KHADE HONE KA MATLAB YE BHI HO SAKTA HAI KI WOH UNKI SAFFO KE PEECHE IS TARAH KHADA HUWA KI USKE AUR UNKE DARMIYAAN KOI FAASLA NA THA TO UNKE SAATH MUSHABIHAT HO GAYI. YE BHI USSI MAFHOOM MEIN DAAKHIL HAI JO HAZRAT IBNE JUHAINA رضي الله تعالى عنه  KI RIWAYAT SE WAZEH HUWA AUR HAMARE NAZDEEK YE MAKROOH HAI. UN 2 RAKATO KO MASJID KE AAKHIR MEIN PADHNA WAJIB HAI. PHIR MASJID KE AGLE HISSE KI TARAF AAYE, FARZ NAMAZ PADHNE WALO KE SAATH MILKAR PADHNA JAIZ NAHI.

Hazrat Shuba رضي الله تعالى عنه  farmate hai Hazrat Ibne Abbas رضي الله تعالى عنه  farmate the Aye Logo! Kya tum Allah Ta’ala se nahi darte. Apni Namaz ko alag alag karo (Hazrat Shuba) farmate hai Hazrat Ibne Abbas رضي الله تعالى عنه  Magrib ki 2 rakate ghar mein padhte the aur unka maqsad Farz aur Gair e Farz ko alag alag karna tha. Hazrat Abu Huraira رضي الله تعالى عنه  , Ibne Juhaina رضي الله تعالى عنه  aur Ibne Sarjis رضي الله تعالى عنه  ki riwayato se bhi yahi baat muraad hai.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Abu Moosa رضي الله تعالى عنه Apne walid se riwayat karte hai ki Hazrat Saeed bin Musaib رضي الله تعالى عنه  ne jab unko bulaya to Hazrat Abu Moosa رضي الله تعالى عنه , Huzaifa رضي الله تعالى عنه  , aur Abdullah bin Masood رضي الله تعالى عنه  ko Subah ki Namaz se pehle bulaya. Phir woh unke paas se bahar aa gaye aur Namaz khadi ho chuki thi. Hazrat Ibne Masood رضي الله تعالى عنه  ne masjid ke sutoon ki oot mein khade ho kar 2 rakate padhi phir (farz) Namaz mein dakhil ho gaye.

TO YE HAZRAT ABDULLAH BIN MASOOD رضي الله تعالى عنه  HAI JINHONE YE AMAL KIYA AUR HAZRAT HUZAIFA رضي الله تعالى عنه  AUR HAZRAT ABU MOOSA رضي الله تعالى عنه  UNKE SAATH THE LEKIN UNHONE IS AMAL PAR AITERAAZ NAHI KIYA. LIHAZA YE IS BAAT KI DALEEL HAI KI WOH DONO BHI UNSE MUTAFIQ THE.

● HADITH:

Hazrat Usman Ansari رضي الله تعالى عنه  farmate hai Hazrat Abdullah ibne Abbas رضي الله تعالى عنه  tashreef laaye to Imam Subah رضي الله تعالى عنه  ki Namaz mein tha. Aap ne 2 rakate nahi padhi thi. Chunaanche Aap ne Imam se peeche (khade ho kar) 2 rakate padhi aur Jamat mein Shamil ho gaye.

Hazrat Muhammad bin Kaab رضي الله تعالى عنه  farmate hai ki Hazrat Abdullah Ibne Umar رضي الله تعالى عنه  ghar se bahar tashreef laaye to Subah ki Namaz khadi ho chuki thi. Aap ne Masjid mein dakhil hone se pehle raaste mein hi 2 rakate padhi, phir masjid mein dakhil huwe aur logo ke saath Subahki namaz adaa farmayi.

AGARCHE AAP NE YE RAKATE MASJID MEIN NAHI PADHI LEKIN MASJID MEIN JAMAT KHADI HONE KA ILM HASIL HONE KE BAAD ADAA KI. TO YE HAZRAT ABU HURAIRA رضي الله تعالى عنه  KE IS QUAL KE KHILAAF HAI KI JAB NAMAZ KHADI HO JAAYE TO FARZ NAMAZ KE ALAWA KOI NAMAZ JAIZ NAHI BASHARTE KI USKA WAHI HUKM HO JO PEHLE QUAL WALO (pehla giroh)KE NAZDEEK HAI.

Hazrat Zaid bin Aslam رضي الله تعالى عنه  , Hazrat Ibne Umar رضي الله تعالى عنه  se riwayat karte hai ki Aap tashreef laaye to Imam Subah رضي الله تعالى عنه  ki Namaz padha raha tha. Aap ne subah se pehle ki 2 rakate nahi padhi thi. Chunaache Aap ne Hazrat Hafsa رضي الله عنهاke Hujre Mubarak mein adaa karke Imam ke saath Namaz adaa ki.

TO IS HADITH MEIN HAZRAT IBNE UMAR رضي الله تعالى عنه  SE MARWI HAI KI AAP NE MASJID MEIN YE 2 RAKATE PADHI KYUKI HAZRAT HAFSA رضي الله عنها KA HUJRA MASJID MEIN SHAMIL HAI. TO YE BAAT HAZRAT IBNE ABBAS رضي الله تعالى عنه  SE MAZKOORAH AMAL KE MAWAFIQ HAI.

Hazrat Abu Ubaidullah رضي الله تعالى عنه  , Hazrat Abu Darda رضي الله تعالى عنه  se riwayat karte hai ki woh masjid mein dakhil hote to log Namaz e Fajr ke liye Saff basta hote. Aap masjid ke Ek koone mein 2 rakate padh kar logo ke saath Namaz mein dakhil hote.

Hazrat Abu Uthman Hindi رضي الله تعالى عنه  farmate hai Hum Subah ki 2 rakate padhne se pehle Hazrat Umar bin Khattab رضي الله تعالى عنه  ke paas haazir hote. Aur Aap Namaz mein masroof hote to Hum Masjid ke aakhir mein 2 rakate padhte. Phir logo ke saath namaz mein shamil hote.

Hazrat Shabi رضي الله تعالى عنه  farmate hai Hazrat Masrooq رضي الله تعالى عنه  qaum ke paas aate to woh Namaz mein masroof hote. Aap ne us se pehle Fajr ki 2 rakate adaa na ki hoti to masjid mein 2 rakate padhte. Phir logo ke saath unki namaz mein shamil hote.

Hazrat Yazeed bin Ebrahim رضي الله تعالى عنه  Hazrat Hasan رضي الله تعالى عنه  se riwayat karte hai, Woh farmate the Jab tum masjid mein daakhil ho aur tumne 2 rakat na padhi ho to unhe padh lo agarche Imam Namaz mein ho. Phir Imam ke saath shamil ho jaao.

IN TAMAAM HAZRAAT NE JAMAT KE DAURAN FAJR KI 2 RAKATE MASJID KE AAKHRI (YA KISI KINARE) MEIN PADHNE KO JAIZ QARAAR DIYA HAI.

AUR GAUR O FIKR KE TAUR PAR YE KI JO LOG IS BAAT KE QAIL HAI KI 2 RAKATO (SUNATO) KO CHHOD KAR FARZ NAMAZ MEIN SHAMIL HO JAAYE WOH KEHTE HAI NAWAFIL MEIN MASHGOOLIYAT KI NISBAT FARAIZ MEIN MASHGOOL HONA ZYADA BEHTAR AUR AFZAL HAI.

IS SILSILE MEIN UNKE KHILAAF DALEEL YE HAI KI IS BAAT PAR SAB KA IJMAA HAI KI AGAR WOH GHAR MEIN HO AUR USSE IMAM KE NAMAZ SHURU KARNE KA ILM HO JAAYE TO MUNASIB HAI KI JAB TAK IMAM KI NAMAZ FAUT HONE KA KHATRA NA HO UN 2 RAKATO KO PADH LE. AGAR IMAM KE SAATH NAMAZ REH JAANE KA DAR HO TO UNHE NA PADHE KYUKI UNHE (FARZ) NAMAZ SE PEHLE ADAA KARNE KA HUKM HAI. AUR IS BAAT PAR IJMAA NAHI HAI KI FARAIZ KI TARAF JAANE MEIN MASHGOOLIYAT UNKO GHAR MEIN PADHNE MEIN MASROOF HONE SE AFZAL HAI.

NEEZ (DUSRI)NAWAFIL KI NISBAT UNKI (FAJR KI 2 SUNNAT KI) TAQEED BHI ZYADA HAI. MARWI HAI KI:

Hazrat Ayesha رضي الله عنهاbayan karti hai ki Rasulallah ﷺ Sunnat e Fajr se zyadah kisi Nafl ki hifazat aur iltizaam nahi karte the.

IMAM ABU HANIFA رضي الله تعالى عنه , ABU YUSUF رضي الله تعالى عنه  AUR IMAM MUHAMMAD رضي الله تعالى عنه  KA BHI YAHI QUAL HAI.
