SAJDE MEIN JATE WAQT HAATH PEHLE RAKHE YA GHUTNE?
Al-Albani aur Ba-Naam Ahle Hadith firqe ka ye kehna hai ki Jab Sajde mein Jaaye, to pehle zameen par haath rakhe phir ghutne rakhe.
Al-Albani ne “Sifah Salah an-Nabee’ (pg. 52) mein darj kiya ki “Rasulallah صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ ghutno se pehle haath zameen par rakhte”.
Phir al-Albani ne is ke tehet ussi safa (page 52) par kaha ki Ibn Khuzaimah, Daraqutni aur Hakim ne isse Sahih Qaraar diya aur Dhahabi ne iski tazdeeq ki. Jitni bhi Ahaadith is ke bar- aqs (khilaaf) aayi hai woh tamaam gair e Sahih hai. Ibn al-Jawzi ki al-Tahqeeq (108/2) mein hai ki Yahi tareeqa Malik se sabit hai aur issi tarah Ahmed se bhi darj huwa. Al-Marwazi ne Sahih Isnad ke saath darj kiya, Imam al-Awzai ne Masaa’I’ll mein kehte hai: “Maine logo ko Ghutno se pehle haatho ko rakhte paya”. Aage al-Albani issi safe (page) par likhte hai ki: “Aap ne farmaya ki Jab tum mein se koi sajda kare to is tarah na baithe jaise Unth (Camel) baith ta hai aur apne haath ghutno se pehle rakhe”. (Sunan Abu Dawood,Kitab us Salaat, pg 332, jild 1, mein Hazrat Abu Huraira رضي الله تعالى عنه se riwayat hai).
Al-Albani ne apne khud waza karda Usool ke mutabiq ye Dawa kiya ki jitni bhi Ahaadith jisse sabit hota hai ki sajde mein jate waqt pehle Ghutne rakhe aur phir Haath, woh tamaam Ahaadith “Gair e Sahih” hai.
Magar Hamesha ki tarah jab iske bil-Aqs (contradictory) Ahadith aati hai to al-Albani saheb apni fitrat ke mutabiq logo ko ye nahi batate ya shayad bhul jaate hai ki Bohot saare Muhaddis aur Mujtahid Imam jaise ki Imam Abu Hanifah aur Al-Shafi’i , Sajde mein jaate waqt Ghutno se pehle Haath rakhne ke khilaaf Apna maukif rakhte hai. Yaani al-Albani saheb logo ko dhoke mein rakh kar un dalaail ko chupa lete hai aur unka zikr hi nahi karte jo unke khilaaf ho.
Is Masleh ki Haqeeqat….
Sayyid Sabiq Fiqh-us-Sunnah (jild 1, pg 151) mein farmate hai: “Aksar Awlma Zameen par pehle Ghutne aur phir Haath rakhne ke maukif par hai”.
Yahi tareeqa Ibn al-Mundhir ne Hazrat Umar ibn al-Khatab رضي الله تعالى عنه , an-Nakhai رضي الله تعالى عنه , Muslim ibn Yasar رضي الله تعالى عنه , Sufyan al-Thauri رضي الله تعالى عنه , Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal (unke 2 qual mein se 1 qual) رضي الله تعالى عنه , Ishaq (ibn Rahwaih) رضي الله تعالى عنه aur deegar Fuqah se bataya aur khud Ibn al-Mundhir ka amal bhi yahi tha.
Abu at-Tayyeb farmate hai ki Aksar Fuqah isse tareeqe par raazi hai.
Ibn al Qayyim (al-Jawziyya – Ibne Taymiyyah ke shagird) farmate hai: “Jab Rasulallah صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ Namaz padhte, to apne haatho se pehle apne dono ghutno ko zameen par rakhte aur phir haath rakhte, phir peshani (forhead) aur Naak (nose), Yahi Sahih hai aur Shuraik ne Asim ibn Kaleeb ke waalid se riwayat kiya ki Hazrat Wa’I’ll ibn Hajr رضي الله تعالى عنه ne farmaya ki maine Huzoor Nabi e Kareem صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ ko dekha Jab Sajda karte to Apne Ghutno ko Haatho se pehle rakhte aur Jab uthte to haatho ko ghutno se pehle utha lete.”

Hazrat Wa’il ibn Hajr رضي الله تعالى عنه aur Hazrat Abu Hurayra رضي الله تعالى عنه ki riwayat Mishkat-ul -Masabih (jild 1, pg 190, dusri Fasl, Baabus Sujood) mein bhi darj hai. Aur Mishkat mein farmaya ki : “Abu Sulayman al-Khattabi farmate hai ki Hazrat Wa’il ibn Hajr رضي الله تعالى عنه ki Hadees Siqah raawiyo se saabit hai aur kaha jata hai ki Hazrat Abu Hurayra رضي الله تعالى عنه ki Hadees Mansookh hai”
Aur Awnal-Ma’bood (jild 1, 311-312) ke Musannif, Shams al-Haqq Azimabadi bhi apni Sharah Abu Dawood mein un Awlma ke mauqif (jo Haath ko ghutno se pehle rakhne ka zikr karte hai) darj karne ke baad likhte hai ki: “Magar al-Khattabi farmate hai ki Wa’il ibn Hajr ki riwayat zyada pukhta hai kyuki bohot si dusri Siqah riwaayaat isko taqweeyat pohchati hai”. (Jisse al-Albani ne darj nahi kiya).
Muhaddis Ibn Khuzaimah (Shafi’i) farmate hai ki Hazrat Abu Hurayra رضي الله تعالى عنه ki riwayat Mansookh hai. Aur Hadith mein hai ki Sa’ad ibn Abi Waqqas رضي الله تعالى عنه riwayat karte hai ki “Hum Haatho ko ghutno se pehle zameen par rakha karte the magar baad mein hume hukm diya gaya ki Ghutno ko Haatho se pehle rakho!”
Shams al-Haqq Azimabadi mazeed farmate hai ki: “Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam al-Shafi’i aur Imam Ahmad (unke dusre maukif ke mutabiq) ka bhi yahi maukif hai ki haatho se pehle ghutno ko zameen par rakha jaaye. Aur issi mein zyada aasaani hai.
Imam Tirmizi ne bhi apni Sunan Tirmizi Sharif mein Hazrat Wa’il Ibn Hajr رضي الله تعالى عنه ki Hadith ko riwayat kiya aur farmaya ki ye riwayat Hasan Gharib hai. [● Tirmizi Sharif, jild 1, pg 196]
Aur Imam Tirmizi ne Baab Qayam kiya “Maja fi wadee ruk ba tayn qabl Yadaain fi sujood” yaani “Sajde mein Ghutne haatho se pehle rakhe jaaye”. Isse pata chala ki Imam Esa Tirmizi ka bhi yahi maukif tha aur aqeeda aur tareeqa bhi yahi tha.
Issi Tarah Imam Abu Dawood ne bhi Baab Qayam kiya ki “Kaifa yada au ruk batay qabl yaday” yaani “Ghutno ko Haatho se pehle kaise rakhe?”
Pata chala ki Imam Abu Dawaood ka maukif bhi yahi tha.
