SHAHADAT KI UNGLIYAAN AUR ANGUTHE CHUMNE KI AHADITH

1. IMAM SAKHAWI (831h – 902h):

Apni kitab ‘Al Maqasidil Hasana fi bayaanil kaseer minal ahaadithil Mushtahra alal sunnah” mein Hadith darj farmate hai:

“Muazzin se ‘Ash’hadu anna Muhammadar Rasulullah’ ke alfaaz mubarak sun kar shahadat ki ungliyo ke poore andruni jaanib se chumkar Aankho par malna aur ye Dua padhna ‘Ash’hadu anna Muhammadan Abduhu wa Rasooluhu Radaitubillahi Rabba wabil Islami Deena wabi Muhammad Salallahu alayhiwasallama Nabi’na'”.( رضیت بالله ربا و بالإسلام دینا وبمحمد صلى الله عليه وسلم نبیا ) Is Hadith ko Dailmi ne Musnad al Firdous mein Hadith e Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique رضي الله تعالى عنه

se riwayat kiya ki jab Aap ne muazzin ko ”Ash’hadu anna Muhammadar Rasulullah’ kehte suna to ye Dua padhi aur apni shahadat ki ungliyo ke poore andruni janib se chum kar apni aankho par lagaaye to Nabi e Kareem صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ ne farmaya ki jo aisa kare jaisa ki Mere pyare dost ne kiya, uske liye meri shafa’at halaal hogi.

Aur ye hadith Muhadditheen ki istelaah mein darje Sehet ko Na pohchi.

IMAM SHAMSUDDIN SAKHAWI NE IS HADITH KE SAATH MAZEED AHAADITH AUR HIKAAYAAT BAYAN FARMA KAR AAKHIR MEIN FARMAYA:

“Bayan karda Marfu Ahaadith mein koi bhi  darje sehet par faaiz nahi”

NOTE: Qaraeen (READERS!) Ye baat Zehen mein rakhe ki Imam Sakhawi ne ye Ahaadith bayaan karne ke baad unke baare mein sirf “LAA YASAHEE”(لا یصح) farmaya hai. Iske alaawa aur kuch nahi farmaya.

AB ZARA MUNKIREEN KI DHAANDLI AUR KHAYAANAT MULAAHEZA FARMAYE. 

Deoband Maktab e Fikr ke Maulvi Muhammad Hussain Nailwi (Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan) Shagird Maulvi Hussain Ali wabecherwi, Musannif Tafseer Bulgatul Hairaan apni Kitab ‘Khairul kalaam fi Taqbilil ibhaam’ Mein likhte hai:

“Hazrat Imam Sakhawi ki kitab “Maqasidil Hasana” Page 385 ke haashiye mein Mahshi ne tehreer farmaya hai ki ‘Sharah Mukhtarsul Kahlil’ mein is aakhri hikayat ke alaawa ek aur hikayat bhi Allama Hattab ne bayan farmayi hai jis mein unhone khul kar behes farmayi hai aur farmaya hai ki is baare mein Huzoor صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ se koi hadith sabit nahi hai. Jaisa ki Hazrat Muallif (Imam Sakhawi) ne farmaya hai. Balki ye sab ki sab riwayat ‘Ghadantvi’ hai.”

Iske jawab mein arz hai ki is ibarat mein Imam Muhammad al Hattab al Raini Faqih Maliki ne apni kitab “Mawahibul Jalil Sharah Mukhtasar ul khalil fi furuh al Fiqah al Maliki” mein in ahadith ke mutalliq ‘La yasahih'( لا یصح) hi kaha hai ki jaise Imam Sakhawi ne kaha hai ‘wala yashih shaie min hazafi al marfu’. ( ولا یصح شئ من هذا في المرفوع ) Kitab Maqasid ke Matan mein Mauzu ya mukhtaliq ya ghadantu ka koi lafz maujood nahi. 

Aage ka fakra ‘bal kalah mukhtaliq'( بل کلہ مختلق) kitab ke muhaqiq wa mahashshi Abdullah Siddiq, Ustad Jame Azhar, Cairo (Misr) ka hai na ki Imam Hattab aur Imam Sakhawi ka. Agar yeh ahaadith Mauzu ya Gadhi hui hoti to Imam Hattab aur Imam Sakhawi unhe “La yasehho” keh kar naqal na karte balki batil ya kizb ya mauzu ya muftari ya mukhtaliq yaani gadi hui kehte.

Yahi Maulvi Muhammad Hussain Nelwi apni kitab mein dusri jagah likhte hai! :

“Mashoor Muhadith Hazrat Hattab ne bhi is riwayat ko mukhtaliq yaani man gadhat  aur banawati qarar diya hai.”

Imam Hattab ne is riwayat ko “Mukhtaliq” kahan likha hai, iska jawab qayamat tak koi deobandi nahi de sakta, bas Dhunas dhandli hai jo chahe likhe kahin kaun puchne wala hai, magar hisab ke din to zarur batana padenga.
