Kya Zabaan se Namaz ki Niyat ke alfaaz ki adaaigi bidat hai?

KYA ZABAAN SE NAMAZ KI NIYAT KE ALFAAZ KI ADAAIGI BIDAT HAI?

Gair Muqalideen Wahabi Ahle Hadees Namaz mein zabaan se niyat ke alfaaz ki adaaigi ko Bidat kehte hai. Agarche Ahle Sunnat wa Jamat Bidat ki tareef mein Wahabi Ahle hadees se ikhtilaaf rakhte hai, Magar unke apne hi banaaye huwe usool ke tehet bhi Zabaan se Namaz ki niyat ke alfaaz ki adaaigi ko bidat kehna bhi galat hai.

Ab hum bohot saare hawalo mein se 3 hawalajat pesh karte hai. Jis mein kisi Fel ya Amal ka khair ul Quroon mein hona, Aimah kiraam ka amal, motabar Imam ka amal, Tabaie ka fel sabit ho jaaye to woh bidat nahi rehta.

1. Mashoor Hasan al Salman ne apne Shaykh Nasiruddin Albani ki kitab Hujjatun Nabi , Pg 29 ke hawale se apni kitab Qamoos al Bidah Mutarjim, pg 202 par likhte hai, “Niyat to sirf dil se hoti hai aur use zabaan se adaa karna bidat hai.”

Mazeed Qamoos ul Bidah Mutarjim, pg  205 par apne Shaykh Nasiruddin Albani ke hawale se likhte hai, “Raha sawaal Niyat ka zabaan se adaa karna to woh bidat aur sunnat ki mukhalif hai. Aur Muqallid jin Aimah ki taqleed karte hai un mein se kisi ne bhi iske baare mein nahi kaha.”

NOTE: NASEERUDDIN ALBANI KI KITAB SE YE NUKTA SAAMNE AAYA KI AIMAH E KIRAAM MEIN SE KISI EK SE KOI FEL SABIT HO JAAYE TO WOH BIDAT NAHI REHTA.

2.  Arab Muhaqiq Amr bin Abdul Munim bin Sulaim ki kitab “Al Sunan wal Mubtadeaat fil Ibaadat” Jis ka Urdu tarjama Gair Muqallid Zubair Ali Zay ne banaam Ibaadaat mein Bidat kya hai – Is kitab ke pg no 124 par Arab Muhaqiq likhte hai:

“Zaban ke saath Namaz ya dusri ibaadat mein niyat karna na to Nabi e Kareem  ﷺ  se sabit hai aur na kisi Sahabi se, Na kisi Tabaie se aur Na kisi Moatabar IMAM se

[●IBAADAT MEIN BIDAT MUTARJIM, PG 124]

NOTE: IS HAWALE SE KAM AZ KAM EK NUKTA TO SAAMNE AAYA KI AGAR KOI FEL YA AMAL KISI TABAIE YA KISI MOATABAR IMAM SE SABIT HO JAAYE TO AMAL WA FEL BIDAT NAHI HOTA. AUR IS MAUQAF PAR ZUBAIR ALI ZAY SAHAB NE SUKOOT IKHTIYAAR KARKE IS USOOL KO SAHIH MANA.

3. Balki Gair Muqallid Zubair Ali Zay “Ibaadaat mein Bidat Mutarjam, Pg 17” par wazahat ke saath likhte hai:

“YAANI HAR AISA AMAL YA AQEEDAH JIS PAR QURAN, HADITH AUR IJMA SE DALEEL NA HO CHUKI ISLAM KA BEHTAREEN AUR SUNEHRI DAUR KHAIR UL QUROON KA DAUR HAI. LIHAZA BAAZ ULEMA NE YE BHI SARAHAT KI HAI KI KHAIR UL QUROON MEIN IS KA WAJOOD NA HO AUR ISSE DEEN WA SAWAAB SAMAJH KAR APNAYA JAAYE.”

NOTE: IS TEHREER SE YE BAAT WAZEH HO GAYI KI ZUBAIR ALI ZAY KE NAZDEEK KHAIR UL QUROON KA FEL AUR AMAL BHI HUJJAT HAI AUR WOH AMAL BIDAT NAHI REHTA.

IMAM SHAFIE  رضي الله عنه AUR ZABAAN SE NAMAZ KI NIYAT

Imam Shafie رضي الله عنه  jab Namaz ka irada karte to niyat ke alfaaz:

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، مُوَجِّهًا لَبَيْتِ اللَّهِ مُؤْدِيًا لِفَرْضِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ adaa karte

اخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ، ثنا الرَّبِيعُ قَالَ: ” كَانَ الشَّافِعِيُّ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ فِي الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ: بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، مُوَجِّهًا لَبَيْتِ اللَّهِ مُؤْدِيًا لِفَرْضِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

[AL MAUJAM IBNE AL MUQRI, PG 317]

TARJAMA: Hazrat Rabi bin Suleman al Maradi (Shagird Imam Shafie) farmate hai ki Hazrat Imam Shafie jab Namaz mein daakhil hone ka irada karte the to kehte the “Bismillah hir rahman nir rahim. Mein Baitullah (Kaaba) ki taraf muh karke Allah Ta’ala ke farz ki adaaigi karta hu. Phir Allah hu Akbar kehte.”

SANAD KI TEHQEEQ:

Is sanad ke raawiyo ki mukhtasar tauseeq pesh e khidmat hai.

1. Abu Bakr Muhammad bin Ishaq bin Khuzaima:

● HAFIZ ZAHBI NE FARMAYA:

۔الحَافِظُ، الحُجَّةُ، الفَقِيْهُ، شَيْخُ الإِسْلاَمِ، إِمَامُ الأَئِمَّة

2. Rabi bin Suleman bin Abdul Jabbar bin Kamil al Muradi:

● Allama Zahbi farmate hai:

:الإِمَامُ، المُحَدِّثُ، الفَقِيْهُ الكَبِيْرُ، بَقِيَّةُ الأَعْلاَمِ، أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ المُرَادِيُّ مَوْلاَهُمُ، المِصْرِيُّ، المُؤَذِّنُ، صَاحِبُ الإِمَامِ الشَّافِعِيِّ، وَنَاقلُ عِلْمِهِ

[SIYAR UL AALAM AN NUBLA, RAQAM: 222]

IS TEHQEEQ SE MALOOM HUWA KI IS KI SANAD SAHIH HAI.

YE BHI YAAD RAHE KI GAIR MUQALLID HAZRAAT QUROON E ULA KE AFAAL AUR AAMAAL KO BIDAT NAHI KEHTE. MAZEED YE KI KISI SAHIH HADIH KE KHILAAF BHI NAHI.

AGAR KISI MEIN INSAAF AUR DEENI GAIRAT HAI TO PHIR ZARA BIDAT KA FATWA IMAM SHAFIE PAR BHI LAGA KAR DIKHAYE?

AFSOOS KE SAARE FATWE AUR ZABAAN DARAAZIYAAN AHNAAF PAR HI HOTI HAI.

IMAM SHAFIE رضي الله عنه KE IS AMAL KO KOI YE KEH KAR BHI RAD NAHI KAR SAKTA KI HAMARE NAZDEEK HUJJAT NAHI HAI KYUKI EK TO YE AMAL KISI HADITH KE KHILAAF NAHI.

AUR IMAM SHAFIE رضي الله عنه KE AMAL KO MUJTAHID KI GALTI KEH KAR RADD BHI NAHI KIYA JA SAKTA KYUKI MUKHALIFEEN IMAM E AAZAM ABU HANIFA رضي الله عنه  KI KISI GALTI KO MUJTAHID KI GALTI SAMAJH KAR MAAF NAHI KARTE BALKI UNKI ZAAT PAR TAAN O TASHNEE KARNA UNKA MEHBOOB MASHGALA HAI AUR MASHGALA KE ZARIE BHOLE BHALE SUNNIYO KO BEHKANA IN KA TAREEQA HAI.

MAZEED YE KI IMAM SHAFIE رضي الله عنه KA AMAL KHAIR UL QUROON MEIN HONE KI WAJEH SE BHI BIDAT NAHI REHTA JAISA KI MAZMOON KE IBTEDA MEIN ISKI WAZAHAT HO CHUKI HAI.

DIN RAAT HANAFIYO PAR AITERAAZ KARNE WALE ZARA IN HAWALO PAR BHI GAUR O FIKR KARE.
